About these terms

This website is operated by Gloss Tips Co. These terms apply to your use of our online store and purchases from us, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase. Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the store.

Product information and fit

We aim to present product descriptions, sizes, colors, contents and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations can affect how colors and details appear. Please check the size options and contents on each product page before ordering. Wear time and reusability depend on the adhesive, application, removal and care; no particular wear duration is guaranteed unless expressly stated for a product.

Prices, payment and orders

U.S. store prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). The checkout shows the order total, available payment methods and any shipping charges and taxes we collect before payment. Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Any material correction to an order already placed will be communicated to you; we will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for unavailable stock, a clear pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled items and associated charges as applicable. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from China or Vietnam. Available services, prices and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, weather, holidays and carrier disruptions. Contact us if your shipment is delayed or missing so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms removes your rights regarding goods that are not delivered.

Returns and order problems

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or size/style exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send an incorrect item, contact us for a replacement or refund review under our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.

Product use

Press-on nails are intended for cosmetic use. Follow the product and adhesive manufacturer's application and removal instructions. Do not force nails off. Stop use if irritation occurs and keep nail products and adhesives out of children's reach.

Content and third-party services

Store branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or commercially reuse content without the rights holder's permission except as allowed by law. Payment providers, carriers and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised version. The terms and policies presented when an order was placed apply to that order.
