Shipping Policy

At Gloss Tips Co, we ship press-on nails to customers in the United States from our fulfillment partners in China or Vietnam.

Products are in stock. These estimates include order processing. Calendar days include weekends; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Available services depend on the delivery address and are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Carriers and tracking

Orders may travel with YunExpress and/or USPS, including a handoff to a local delivery carrier. The carrier and route depend on the shipment. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking can take a few days to show the first carrier scan.

Addresses and order changes

Please enter your complete shipping address, including any apartment or unit number. If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun, and shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Delays and missing packages

Customs processing, weather, public holidays and carrier disruptions can extend delivery times. If we cannot ship within a promised dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, as required by applicable law.

If your order is late, tracking stops updating, or a package marked delivered cannot be found, please contact us with your order number. Check the delivery address, mailbox, household members and carrier delivery notice first. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution for a confirmed lost shipment.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the items and shipping label. See our Return & Refund Policy for the resolution process.

Taxes, customs and other destinations

Any taxes collected by our store are displayed at checkout. Orders ship internationally to the United States. Import duties or carrier clearance charges, if assessed and not collected at checkout, are the recipient's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Free shipping covers the standard shipping charge only.

For destinations outside the United States, availability and shipping charges are shown at checkout. The U.S. delivery estimates and free-shipping offer above do not apply to other countries.
